country do not have quality certification of goods and services they provide.
The lack of a law that makes it mandatory certification is partly the reason for non-compliance of the companies.This was said Tuesday at a seminar held inMaputo on the challenges of certification in Mozambique.
The measure aims essentially cause companies to provide quality products and services to consumers. However, certification of adherence to it is still achallenge in the country.The technical certification from the National Institute Standardization and Quality clarifies that its institution has only facilities in Maputo, and that certification is made in the provinces next to a technician,the provincial departments of Industry and Commerce.
The seminar on certification happens at a time when the number of companies in the country tends to grow. But another major problem is that there is no law in the country that requires adherence to certification companies.
