Deeper reefs are impressive and manta rays our passion. Ocean safaris are popular for whale shark sightings in summer and humpback whales in winter.
The sightings are amazing and if a whale shark is spotted you will have the opportunity to snorkel with it
. Bring your camera along We provide Pansy and Survivor Island trips. This is ideal for the whole family - pick up pansy shells (sand dollars), snorkel with the sea horses in the estuary before travelling to Survivor Island for lunch and cultural tour.
Aquaholics Barra provides guided beach hikes to those wanting to explore a bit more, with the opportunity to view the flamingos and many other birds and ocean creatures that abound. Kayaks are available for hire and for guided tours in both the estuary (Mangroves) or ocean. Dhow and fishing trips available
