Afonso Dhlakama,supreme leader of Mozambican's main opposition party,RENAMO,has declined an invitation by Presdent Filipe Nyussi to hold a face to face meeting inoder to,according to Mr Nyussi,''talk about matters of peace and development''.Afonso Dhlakama,who is currently in the city of Quelimane has declined to meet with Nyussi. He appeared today on Televisao de Mozambique saying he is ''tired of helping Frelimo all the time''.He has said that he shall set up his own police force and army and start ruling ''next week'' in all the provinces he won the last year's elections.
