The Chinese build poor infrastructure in Mozambique:Nyusi

President Filipe Nyusi recognizes that some infrastructure built in Mozambique by the Chinese are of poor quality,but notes that the Mozambicans who inspect these works are also guilty for according to President Nyusi Chinese constructors do not deny being inspected.
