The general public is advised that Tourist and Business visas are exclusively processed through the evisa digital platform evisa.gov.mz
The High Commission for the Republic of Mozambique to the United Kingdom no longer issues these visas.

The High Commission of the Republic of Mozambique in the United Kingdom informs the general public that from 1st September 2022,
the delivery service for Passports and other consular documents will operate from 15:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Friday.
Notice to the public
Pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2 a), of Decree nº 50/2021, of July 16, of the Council of Ministers, on measures to contain the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic,passengers entering Mozambique must present proof of a Polymerase Chain Reaction test with a negative result to SARS-CoV2, also known as PCR-Fit to fly, performed in the country of origin,in the last 72 hours before departure, even if the passenger bears a vaccination card.
The negative test exempts the passenger from the quarantine regime.
Furthermore, under the terms of paragraph 6, national citizens who are returning home and who do not present a valid test are subject to the quarantine regime and a test at their own expense.
